What a let down! The Copeland's in Atlanta is actually pretty good - the food, the service - we used to go there all the time when we lived in that area. Now that we live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area we thought we'd give this Copeland's a try. BIG MISTAKE! Not all Copeland's are created equal; that's for sure.
Right away our experience was not a good one. It seemed to take an extra long time for someone to come by and greet our table and an even longer time for someone to come back to take our drink order. I get far better service at a McDonald's than at this place!
The one plus was that my Hurricane drink actually tasted like it had liquor in it. Of course my kids were envious over the cherry in my drink because I had one and their Shirley Temples came without any. Also disappointing was that the kids' Shirley Temples were just a faint pink color and were in much need of more cherry syrup.
Our server never asked us how our everything was (terrible). And there was a manager roaming around the tables, but the manager never stopped to talk to any of the tables. I would mention more about the food, but I think this is one of those where "A picture is worth..."
