I am just loving these fast, casual restaurants that are popping up all over. Busy moms and families need quick meals that won't break the bank, but eating at Mickey D's and other fast food joints is no way to raise a healthy child. Preston Village's newest edition, Cinco Taco Bar, is the perfect fast, casual restaurant to take your family after soccer practice, or dance lessons, or band camp, or whatever your child is into these days.
The Shrimp Tacos were quite tasty. Just beware, there is not much shrimp in the tacos! The Pineapple Tacos, on the other hand, had lots of meat. My 7 year old said it was the best taco he ever had. I really wanted the like the Chips and Salsa, but the chips were too thick and not warm. I liked the red ones a little better because they were thinner and they had some spicy seasoning on them.

The Iced Tea was on the weak side; perhaps it hadn't been brewed long enough. The Margaritas were awesome! I will be coming back for more. I wish my husband had been there so I could have had another. I'm sure he'll be happy to check out the place; there's plenty of sports on the TVs for him. See you soon, Cinco Taco!
